my 5 star review of Wicked Reunion
I really love Michelle Valentine, and everything she writes, i read. And this series is no exception. I loved Wicked White and Ace. But i really think I love JJ even more!
the heroine of this story is London, and it goes back and forth- POV's and "then" and "now" So we get to see the development of her character a lot. and she has grown up into a strong woman, but she still loves- Jared aka JJ White of Wicked White. Although he will always be her Jared Kraft , the baseball player and closet musician. She now works with children- expressing herself through art with the kiddos, and is married but just can't get over her first love- so her husband and London separate knowing it is for the best. Well she knows its for the best- him not so much.
Jared is the hero- and I really loved him. He went through a lot in this story- I hated the majority of things that happened to him, and some of the poor choices he made were because of a catalyst of events that started when he was playing ball. He was never the same- he left home and didn't look back. He kept in touch with no one except his mother- shattering London's heart in the process. But what happens when he returns to town and makes a surprise delivery to London's home- second chance love story!!
I loved this story- and I want more of the series, and hope the rest of the guys in the band get one too! OH< and there is a Black Falcon shout out in this story too!!
