Sarah Robins is desperate to be free of her past. Now broke and desperate, working nights at a convenience store in a shitty neighborhood, living in a shady motel, her only bright spot is the sexy as sin cop who has his sites set on her. I've loved every book in this series and this one did not disappoint. Levi was the serious brother and knowing his back story and the horrors he suffered as a child broke my heart but his ability to overcome his past made me fall in love with him. He's strong and sexy and definitely a protector.
Sarah was a great heroine. No matter what life threw at her she persevered and never let anything keep her down. Sarah and Levi just fit together perfectly and I was so happy to see them get their HEA.
