Seducing the Princess blog tour and review!!

SEDUCING THE PRINCESS by Diane Alberts

December 2014

BOOK SUMMARY:

A sexy category romance from Entangled's Brazen imprint...

He'll give her exactly what she needs…

Protecting a princess is not what former marine Gordon Waybrook signed up for when he joined the Shillings Agency. But instead of the spoiled, regal little creature he expects, Isabelle VanGuard is a fiery, sexy-as hell woman who's been denied what she needs for too long. And he's just the man to break through her frozen public facade and give it to her.

When she's with Gordon, all Isabelle can think about is pleasure. Their blistering chemistry is immediate and intense, but volatile. In fact, the only thing they agree on is that their one night together is just that—one night. Even after it becomes more. But tempers and temptation can't disguise reality. Isabelle is a princess, and a hot, hard, and tattooed bodyguard isn't the Prince Charming her country expects…even if he's exactly what she needs.

My 4 star review of Seducing the Princess

I love Jen McLaughlin/Diane Alberts, and anything she writes- I am such a sucker for everything. So when I got this book in exchange for an honest review, I jumped at the chance. I knew it was going to be good. I mean with a title like that, the cover and blurb? Sold!

Princess Isabelle VanGuard of Maldeva is the heroine in this book. And when she is on American soil for a visit, she has somewhat of a conundrum to face, in the form of tattooed bad boy, former marine- Gordon Waybrook. OH EM GEE. Gordon is never a name I would associate with someone like he was. But wow. I was definitely blushing throughout a majority of this book.

Gordon had a dirty mouth, no amount of Orbit was going to keep it clean, and I liked it a lot. There were times he was definitely sweet though. And outside of the bedroom Isabelle was definitely feisty- but in his bed and arms, she was totally submissive. The chemistry was off the charts, and their banter was undeniable.

They teach each other along the way, but both seem to be avoiding the inevitable- Isabella is there to meet her future husband, it was an arranged marriage- and Gordon doesn’t do more than one night. So it seems like leaving each other at the end of this tryst should be easy, but it doesn’t always work out that way.

There is also a small appearance from Cooper and Jake from the previous books in the series, but this is definitely a standalone.

I would definitely recommend this book to all my book people!
