I'm sitting here thinking about A Place in The Sun and what to write for this review and I have a total sense of calm and peace, that's what this book gave me. With the breathtaking descriptions of Vernazza, Italy, I could picture the quiet tourist town with the beautiful little square and the magnificent villas. 

I could also picture Georgie, full of light and laughter, making a place for herself in this beautiful little town and slowly pushing her way into Gianluca's life. She was a breath of fresh air and exactly what Luca needed to move on with his life and finally open himself up for love. 

This book is beautifully written and like all RS Grey's books it did not disappoint. The journey of love for Georgie and Luca may not always be the easiest road, they struggle like all couples but they love fiercely and with their whole hearts. This book is a must read.

Women like Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, and Mindy Kaling are definitely the biggest inspirations for my writing, though I think my work tends to skew a bit smuttier than theirs.
