My 4 star
review of Vandal
Storm is the
first book in this series, and I couldn’t wait for the rest of the bandmates to
get their own books- and lo and behold I didn’t have to wait too long, because I
got Vandal.
I really
enjoyed Vandal- everything about the book, from how it was written, to the
character details, made me fall in love with Carian Cole all over again.
Vandal’s
character was HUBBA HUBBA! The way he lived his life was out of this world. And
all the idiosyncrasies that made up his personality is what I loved. He is
definitely a complex pan, and he totally has issues- but what rock star doesn’t.
He doesn’t trust easily, and he is totally stubborn that’s for sure. There are
some crazy circumstances that happened in his past- that shape who he is today,
and he lets them essentially take over. The angst included in this book, my goodness
the angst- is just crazy. And talk about tormented, jeez oh pete, the absolute
fear!!
Tabitha is much of the same. She has so many similar issues, and it’s crazy- when I met her in the book, I just knew that her and Vandal could fix each other. That maybe they could learn to be whole again. But I really did love to see her growth throughout this book, not only hers- but Vandal’s.

I can’t wait
for the next book about Lukas- which is Vandal’s little brother. And of course
we got to see Storm and Evie!! I am so pumped for more- and you have to read
this series and get to know, a fantastic author- Carian Cole!
